Was working for 2 weeks follow up

Disregard… For what ever reason, my permissions for the RT user got
dropped from MySQL. I reapplied them and that took care of it.

As a side note, can anyone recommend a good MySQL primer? Be it online
or hardcopy? I have only the most basic knowledge, and would really
like to expand on it.
