Is there a way to make someone only able to view tickets they are
assigned as watchers?

So far, the only way we’ve found to limited access is by giving people
access to entire queues, We need to let people only view tickets they’d
been assigned in some fashion, outside of the ‘queue’ access controls.

Assign the right ‘ViewTicket’ to the global group Owner.
