Version 2.0 and 3.0

Hi,
Could anyone sum up the differences between ver 2.1.9 and 3.0.2 as I’m
new to rt. Or if there is any documentation regd this, could someone point
me to it.
I couldn’t find any on the site. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
