Using Customized template and scrip

Good afternoon all, please I have created a new autoreply template and a scrip in the corresponding queue, but when I test it still picks the autoreply from the Global template.

you dont need a new script, just create a template on the queue with the same name as the global one and put your changes there. this should be enough.
