User permissions issue - one specific queue is rejecting tickets


We have a maddening issue with one of our users related to one specific queue. The user has ticket create permissions (set per queue NOT global) set under Privileged as well as explicit Group permissions set for the queues. The Ticket Create permissions model is identical for all our queues but ONE of the queues refuses to create tickets for this user when other users (with identical permissions) can. To compound the confusion they can happily create tickets by email for all other queues. Just one queue has decided it doesn’t like him for some reason and he gets a Permission denied message.

Any ideas?

Did you confirm via the rights inspector that everything looks good? When you say they got the permission error, does that mean in the RT logs it mentions user X does not have the necessary rights?
