Hi!
I’m searching for a way to get an overview over my support employees
(users with global right “OwnTicket”), looking like the Quick search
overview for queues.
So I can see the amount of new, opened and stalled tickets per user at a
glance. (best including the “Nobody” user)
Cherry on the cake would be a link of the username to a search “new,
opened or stalled AND username=”
Thanks for any advice,

Here I do this another way, I use Dashboards function of rt 3.8 and put
in a dashboard graphs for new, open, stalled and resolved ticket per
user. If you don’t have to many users, that can be enough.

We’re already using Dashboards like this, but it’s a little bit “messy”.
I’d prefer a “slim” solution showing only a little table Owner | New |
Open | Stalled.
But it looks like there is no “group by” in the built in search
mechanisms, except for creating graphs.
btw, is there a way to downsize search graph images?

Hi Marco,
hope this is not too late, but some weeks ago i got something like this from
Erik Peterson via RT-USERS:
http://www.mail-archive.com/rt-users@lists.bestpractical.com/msg12385.html
This is working like a charme for us.
