USer authentication

Can RT authenticate users using NT Domain or LDAP or let the server to
authenticate the user. I’ve lots of corporate users that I want to let
they interact w/ RT w/out requesting to register.

Thanks,
MS

You can use the user overlay I sent today
or use your webservers authentication features and set in rt web external auth

We installed your .pm yesterday for testing.
But if you wrote a wrong passwd, you’ve got a error, and if you do a
reload in browser, you can acces in rt with this login !
We are testing why …

If I have time I can look who sent me this script, I personally got it from harald Wagener, but I think this script is pretty old, I think it appeared here in list in may 2003, perhaps if you search in the archives you can find who wrote it or perhaps somebody sent a couple of days later a patch…
