Howdy,
After a few long days of Data::Dumper vs. complex data
structures, I have added a few handy things to RT-1.0.7
This includes a Resolve link for all tickets on the
main queue listing.
Also, the requestor hyperlink for each ticket
now fills in the message body when replying.
If anyone else would find this useful,
let me know, and I’ll go about submitting
some patches
