Unknown queue next to "New ticket on"

Hello:
After many weeks I made an advance but I am stuck . I created a few users and dos queues and When I go to create a ticket It appear an unkown queue “#4” . When I go to queues the queue doesn’t appear.
Do you have any clue what’s my problem ?

Sounds like you do not have the right to see the unknown queue, the right is called ‘SeeQueue’.
