Undefined subroutine CGI::upload

Hi all!

When trying to create a ticket on my newly installed rt 2_0_7 , I get the
following error and hence I am unable to create the ticket.

“Undefined subroutine CGI::upload
undefined error while executing /Ticket/Display.html”

Any ideas on how I could correct this?
