Hello people,
i am working on an incident which involve multiple requestors.
and when i want to notify them something, i uncheck some of the requestors so that i can send some data to only some of them.
But RTIR ignores this and even if i uncheck some of the requestors while sending, it sends email to every requestor for that incident.
Is it a bug in RTIR? or it can be resolved?
