Unable to post to queues anymore after upgrade

rt-3.2.1 is correctly installed now. The problem is that I am unable to
post to the queue addresses. Running a test, this is what happens:

10$ /opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue cs --action correspond --url
http://rt.wananchi.com/From: noir@wananchi.com
To: cs@wananchi.com
Subject: Delivery Test

This is a test for delivery

An Error Occurred

405 Method Not Allowed

And I am stumped … but perhaps it is related to something I see in the
rt logs:

Could it be Approvals giving me headache still?
