Unable to post email to RT

Hello team,
I have been struggling to get RT post the fetched emails to RT and create tickets but am stuff at the errors below;

Delivery error (command rt-mailgate 19199 error (75, HTTP request failed: 500 Can’t connect to rt.mydomain.com:8804 (Connection refused). Your webserver logs may have more information or there may be a network problem.))
msg 1/7 (6200 bytes), delivery error (command rt-mailgate 19199 error (75, HTTP request failed: 500 Can’t connect to rt.mydomain.com:8804 (Connection refused). Your webserver logs may have more information or there may be a network problem.))

Anyone has idea what the issue could be?

Like the error says, the mail gate pipe cannot connect to your RT web server. You can test by running the command manually that you have in your aliases file. You can also check the web logs for hints as to why you can’t connect
