Trouble with Keywords

I’ve set up testing keywords as follows:

Advantage/
Advantage/Appt

I added to my queue as:
Product multiple children of Advantage/ up to 1 levels deep.

When I create tickets, the Product keyword appears, but I have only a
blank input box - no drop down selections, and I can’t enter anything
into the box. I would expect to be able to select the keyword.

Any ideas?

When you create the Keyword Advantage, you must then click on ‘Advantage’
(not the Edit tab). This will take you to another screen. Here is where
you add the keywords to go along with ‘Advantage’, i.e. ‘Appt’.

if you just create ‘Advantage/’ then ‘Advantage/Appt’, you are creating
two categories of keywords, none of which has any entries.
