Hello,
Just installed RT but when I send mail to alias I get
“No permission to create tickets in the queue ‘general’.”
How do I rectify this? The list is not so easy to search although
I am still trying
Thanks

Its easy to search the documentation though. You need to fix your
permissions. You need to grant CreateTicket rights to Requestor. Check
out the documentation, and FAQ at http://www.fsck.com/rtfm

At a guess, there’s a syntax on or around line 230 of your config.pm?
