we have a need to track on how many minutes have been cumulated on tickets
related to a specific user or a group. In other words we need to find a way
to see when client’s support time limit is reached. We’re using RT 3.0.11.
I wonder if someone has already implemented something for this purpose, as
I’d guess it is a very common requirement among RT users? I sifted through
the archives but did not find anything directly related.
