Since upgrading to 4.4.2, timeworked is now shown in a dual format that is difficult to parse programmatically when we export to Excel for reporting. e.g. “3.25 hours (195 minutes)” or in other cases under 1 hour just, say, “15 minutes”
I’ve looked through the config and the documentation but I can’t find where to change this.
We’d ideally like to change it to be just minutes or an ISO standard time such as 03:15:100
Can this be done, and if so, where do I set the format ?
