Time based Templates

Hi RT Users,

does anyone have a idea how to create time based templates?!?

Example: From 8am-5pm use autoreply8-5 and from 5pm till 8am use another
autoreply template.

Thanks for any kind of ideas or tips.

Templates can contain perl. I’d probably just stick both of them in
the same template file and put in a check on localtime() and an if
