Tickets empty, when forwaded to admins


We are using latest RT and few weeks ago our company is starting celebrating 20 years birthday.

Our PR people decided that it would be cool to add to the footer a logo. Normal Jpg file.

Problem relating with RT is, that after the change: On create the tickets are been forwarded 3 admins. Admins started to get subject of the ticket, but inside the e-mail is empty. Once you login to the system, the ticket there is fine.

How would it be possible to solve this.
