Ticket number per queue

Hi,

I am recently setup the RT2 system to track the activities within our group.
I have a questions about ticket ID number.

I have created numbers of queues, I have notice that the ID number is not
per queue basis. The ID number will increment by one when you added the
ticket. Is there any way to have it in per queue basis? Each queue has their
own ticket ID numbering.

Nope. Those id#s are used by the database for referential integrity. Having
per-queue id sequences would be a major code change.
