We are still using RT 3.8.7. I was wondering : is there any handy trick, a keyboard shortcut, or something else, to jump quickly from one entry point into a ticket to the next one ? We can have long tickets, with long correspondences, scrolling with the mousewheel gets annoying; so I mean : I wish I could be able to jump from
