Ticket history is available through ticket Id in Transaction Table. But
there could be too much records for one ticket. File (result set), generated
by Search output on web page consists only of limited count of columns. Each
row is for one ticket.
One possible soulution is to show 5 (or any number) of last trasactions only
in result set in 5 more columns. I don’t know.
Try some further explanation with some examples of “report” that you want.
