i don`t know why my user “itsupport” have no permissions to write tickets!

This error occurs when the fetchmail one collects e-mail in the
inbox, when it goes to create ticket.

Somebody could help me with this error ?
This error occurs when the fetchmail one collects e-mail in the
inbox, when it goes to create ticket.
