I noticed RT 3.0.11 showed up during an apt-get session on my one
machine running Debian “Testing” tonight.
Looks like all the dependencies got met and it’s in there now.

The small group of volunteers that uses this particular RT system to
keep ourselves out of each other’s hair when helping folks out on their
Linux machines really appreciates all the hard work of everyone on RT.
