Template change

hi all
i am pretty new at this and i wanted to know if someone can give me a
little hand with this
when i close a ticket right now the only thing that gets sent by email
to the user who had opened the ticket is the title of the first email he
sent and the fact that it was resolved

What i need is for the users to be emailed the original email and also
all the comment history that where emailed about the ticket.

i figured that what i have to change is the resolved transaction
template and add the tags for the rest of the info
the thing is that i do not know how these tags work and cannot find a
good documentation page for this

help anyone?
