Take - open ticket

Hi.

We have been using rt2 for over a year and are now starting to
try out rt3.

I have some questions that I havn’t found in the list.

  1. When someone comment a ticket it opens, is that a new feature?
    Is there someway to disable that feature?

  2. When a user takes a ticket is there som way to auto open it. I tried
    to make a script in the built in script manager, but no cigarr.

Iv’e read the docs, and tried the script on page 17.
I dont want the ticket to open when a privilegied user comment a new ticket.

To create a new button like open/take is there som already known way to do
that?

I’m just building a new RT3 installation and trying to work out how to
get in my existing RT2 data. I can’t see any docs. Could someone point me
in the right direction plese.
