Hi,

I’m using RT 2.1.48 and i’m getting this error when i click "preferences"
and then “Delegation Rights”:

This patch, as suggested by Jesse, resolved the problem for me.

What type of permission should I give to /opt/rt3/var.
I installed everything by default with root user. Hope
it is the last one.

Please forget about this one. I just manually changed
the attribute of that directory. It works!

I even tried with my collegeagues’ machine. Did you
guys encounter this issue before?

Yes. I remember that.

I checked the log file of my httpd server. Did you
guys see this before?
