How do I change the RT 4.0 system date and time

I thought RT used the date/time from the host operating system.

Do you get the correct date and time from the “date” command at the terminal prompt?

BTW… RT log stamps are in GMT. If you are seeing ‘wrong’ times in your RT log, and the OS date is correct, this will be why.

If you want timestamps in the same TZ as the OS, let the syslog daemon handle it.
