you were working on Sybase/MSSQL support, but it wasn’t ready for
primetime. Our DBA group prefers MSSQL, because they have a large
infrastructure to support it already. So…

It’s not. We’ve had almost no interest from customers and nobody has
contributed a port. IIRC, the last “big” blocking things were finding a sybaseism for “SELECT the second 20 rows.” and the install/setup infrastructure.
