Just a quick note to let you know 3.4.1 went on without hitch and is
running well.

Hi. Just wanted to know if you are running RT over SSL, is there any extra
configuration that needs to be done for sendmail?

I have one instance running over http and the mail works fine…but with the
instance running over SSL, when someone opens a ticket, no email is
generated.

Both are exactly the same setup apart from the SSL setup

Any help would be appreciated.
