Subject: Ticket creation failed

Hi,
After converting RT2 to RT3, if I try to create a ticket via the
Interface or Mail, I get the following

    Subject: 

Ticket creation
failed

       Date: 

Sat, 20 Sep 2003
08:09:54 +0200

Ticket could not be created due to an internal error

I see the ticket_id_seq is set higher than my last ticket (before the
conversion)
