Strip attachment scrip

Dear RT3 users:

Does anyone have a queue-specific scrip or process that would

  1. allow users to mail attachments to RT3
  2. however, upon receipt strip the attachment but keep the mail content intact

Alternatively is there a way to accept mail but drop attachments,
on a queue-by-queue basis?
