Status # in email?

We’re experimenting with RT to handle our support desk traffic. In the
status update emails that get sent to the AdminCCs and the Requestor, it
frequently will say “Status changed to: 22” or something similar. Is it
possible for the emails to include the text version of the status change
instead of the number?
