Hi all,
I recently added the statistics package to my RT3 install im quite impressed with how it graphically represents calls etc.
but it all works but one section the Time to Resolve (scatter graph) im just getting a box with an x in it, meaning it cant display this type of picture/graph i think?
Has anybody else had this problem as all other graphs work fine.

Hello. 
Make sure you are using the Statistics package from the Wiki:
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?RT3StatisticsPackage
The package on the web server is old and outdated
(download.bestpractical.com/pub/rt/contrib/ gone).
I had problems with scatter graphs in the older code. Updating to the
code from Wiki fixed all of my statistics package problems.
