i am an absolutely rt-newbie from germany. i have to
develope for my boss some statistic perl-modules for
rt3.
for example: how often a requestor has sent an email
to our rt-system. in our company we work with
postgresql.
can anybody tell me something about rt-api? how can
get
the information out of the rt-system i need.
