"Started" is not set when replying to a new ticket

Hi,

Ticket is just created. Status is “new”, Starts and Started are not set.

In Web interface, I click “Reply”, enter the text, and the status is
automatically changed to “open”, with the corresponding message:
RT_System - Status changed from new to open

After this moment, Started is not set. When I explicitly change the status
by clicling “open”, Started is set correctly.

After upgrading from 3.0.4pre1 to the release, the problem has gone.
Please close the ticket.
