Sorting

PLEASE HELP! I’ve posted this question 4 times with no response :slight_smile:

I have imported a large list of customers into a custom field I created. I
checked the database and my SortOrder looks correct. However, when creating
a ticket, “(no value)” is selected by default and it’s at the bottom of the
list. I’m sure this is something simple. Any ideas?

Well, it would certainly be useful if you described what you actually
want to accomplish - so far you only said what you don’t want.
