I note last year (2003) and earlier this year (2004), some people
brought up the Soap Interface idea with RT.
Was there ever a WSDL published for RT? Much appreciated

Nope. We found the SOAP libraries for server-side apps insufficiently
robust or usable to put a lot of energy into an RT SOAP server. It’s
something I’d be happy to revisit someday.
