I am in the process integrating the helpdesk system with Exchange

Do I need to do something extra on my helpdesk server? Currently I
have not set it up for SSL since I am using our Exchange server to send and receive emails.
What you do depends on the SMTP software running on your helpdesk system. Do you know what it is (if it’s linux then it may be exim, postfix, sendmail or others)?
