Hi
I installed the Shredder module, restarted the web server etc.
I can go to ‘shredder’, select the plug-in type and enter the arguments
but when I click on ‘search’, I get a HTTP404 error…the page cannot be
found.
Did I miss some config step?

When you click submit the path contains one ‘shredder’ too many.
It’s a bug.
Kind regards.
Luke.

To list,
I haven’t used Shredder before so I have a question: when it removes a
deleted ticket, will it also remove the OBJECTCUSTOMFIELDVALUES records
as well?

Hello Ken,
Delete them as there is no record to reference anymore after shredding a ticket. On Tue, Sep 22, 2009 at 8:08 PM, Ken Crocker kfcrocker@lbl.gov wrote:

Ruslan,
Thanks. That’s what I would have thought. Makes sense.
