ShowRequestor hurts performace on RT 3.0.9

Is there a fundamental problem with this Element or is it just that the
SQL queries it performs really do take ages?
The requestor query is very expensive. Instead of stubbing out ShowRequestors (which I have done now), we here at Vonage will be changing the default for Tickets to be History instead of Display. That way one can still get requestors by ticking the Display tab.

BTW, I also changed the default to be 25 Tickets in the Queue display, instead of 50.

The requestors query shouldn’t be that expensive, if you’ve been
dilligent about adding indexes as recommended as you’ve upgraded RT. If
you can show me the pathalogical query and the output of mysql’s EXPLAIN
for it, that will help us track it down.
