Should rt.jpg be displayed?

I have a new installation of RT3, which seems to work fine. But the
image displayed on
the top left-hand corner is bplogo.gif. Should it be rt.jpg ? Thanks,

the logo is hard-coded into the template at share/html/Elements/Header

I changed it on the hard-coding, but just figured I was changing the
variable incorrectly.
