Setting Custom Fields

Hi Team,

I have yet another question on customizing RT. I currently have RT setup with a number of custom fields in each ticket (like Company Name, Server Platform, DB Version etc) and is it possible for me to select one value (like Company Name) and have RT automatically populate the remaining fields based on the Customer Name I have selected?

what.
