Hi all,
I am wanting to setup a scrip that notifies our internal support staff
each time a new ticket is created.
Setting users as CC watchers on a queue doesn’t work, they only get
outgoing correspondance. And I don’t particularly want to set everyone
with Admin rights
The closest I have come, is creating a scrip that “notifies other
recipients on ticket create”. However that doesn’t do anything as I
can’t seem to find anywhere to specify who the “other recipients” are.
The logfile rightfully complains no recipients specified.
Am I missing something obvious here, or should I be approaching this
from a different angle. Any ideas/help appreciated.
