Service Level Agreements extension

Hello, dear RT user,

I’m proud to announce our new extension that would allow you to
mainatain Due dates of tickets in semi-automatic way.

  • multiple levels of service
  • per queue default levels of service
  • resolve or/and response deadlines
  • multiple business hours sets
  • out of hours modifiers
