I wonder if any one can help me here, ist possible to have the web front end
on one server and the database on another …
Have anyone else done this ? how? (Ist simply defining the path from
RT_SiteConfig ??) anything to watch for ??
Another question , we are 5->6 weeks away from hitting the 40000 tickets
that I read about few times …how worried should I be?? …the server
performing between ok (20% of the time) to good (80% of the time) on 29000
tickets …
the Set up RT-3.2.2 , Linux Gentoo, Mysql,Apache2, mod_perl2, single 3G
processor , 1G Ram …

Having the DB on a separate machine is easy. Just specify the
right in formation in the RT config file.
