I’m doing a feasibility study for the RT platform. We have a specific
request for our environment:
during the approval workflow, when for example an Application manager
receives a request for approval, would it be possible for RT to request a
login form, in order to make a secondary verification of user’s identity?
In other words, a user can login to the RT platform via SSO, but when
prompted for the approval, can the system be configured to ask for
credentials at that point for the audit trace?
