I am trying to email a large number of tickets to RT and I am getting an
error that I don’t have permission to make a request in the requested
queue. I am an Administor for RT and have the box check to allow
non-members to add requests. I am leaving the subject field blank so
that a new ticket is created. I am mailing to firstname.lastname@example.org which
is the email we set up for this.
