Sending mail to a queue

Hello,

I’ve just installed rt-2.0.14 on Redhat 7.3. I followed the installation instructions and I ran into this problem:

Sep 12 10:25:17 sapo sendmail[2742]: g8CHPHg02742: from=root, size=26, class=0, nrcpts=1, msgid=200209121725.g8CHPHg02742@sapo.knownow.com, relay=root@localhost
Sep 12 10:25:17 sapo sendmail[2745]: g8CHPHg02742: to=“|/usr/local/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue support --action correspond”, ctladdr=support (8/0), delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=prog, pri=30026, dsn=5.3.0, stat=unknown mailer error 2
Sep 12 10:25:17 sapo sendmail[2745]: g8CHPHg02742: g8CHPHf02745: DSN: unknown mailer error 2
Sep 12 10:25:17 sapo sendmail[2745]: g8CHPHf02745: to=root, delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=30126, dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent

This is after I created a symlink from /usr/local/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate to /etc/smrsh.

What happens when you run the rt-mailgate interactively?
