Selfservice showticket

We use RT 2.0.15 and created a non privileged user. This
user should be able to create and see their own tickets
created trough the RT selfservice.

The user rights we have setup according to the
documentation:

Everyone: CreateTicket,ReplyToTicket,SeeQueue
Requestor: ShowTicket

The user is able to create tickets but the selfservice
doesn’t show the user’s tickets and when you request
the ticker number in ‘go to’ you get access denied.

I’m not the only one having this problem, but several
fixes posted in the mailinglist didn’t fix my problem.
